Dr. Asmaa Nusairi is a distinguished academic leader, business strategist, and expert in leadership development, organizational excellence, and professional education. She currently serves as Director of the Center for Continuing Education and Professional Development at the University of Sharjah and is an active member of the Advisory Board of the International Maintenance Association (IMA).
With extensive experience across academia, government excellence programs, aviation, business administration, and professional training, Dr. Nusairi has established herself as a leading voice in leadership, innovation, organizational transformation, and human capital development within the UAE and the wider region. Her work focuses on bridging academic knowledge with practical industry application to strengthen institutional performance, workforce capability, and sustainable organizational growth.
Dr. Nusairi holds a PhD in Business Management and has contributed to numerous initiatives related to leadership development, change management, creativity, organizational culture, human resources, and continuous professional education. She is also recognized for her contributions to scientific research, training programs, and strategic collaboration between universities, industries, and professional institutions.
In addition to her academic and executive leadership roles, Dr. Nusairi has participated as a lead assessor in multiple Government Excellence Programs at both Federal and Emirate levels within the UAE. Her expertise in governance, institutional excellence, and performance improvement has contributed to advancing best practices in organizational development and public-sector transformation.
