Jakub Miąsek is a seasoned technical leader with over 20 years of experience in engineering and maintenance management across highly regulated industries, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, chemicals and food. His career spans hands-on maintenance, automation integration, project execution, and senior site-leadership roles in global organizations such as Reckitt, Colgate-Palmolive, Kompania Piwowarska (SABMiller), Avon, and Polpharma.
Throughout his career, Jakub has specialized in building business-oriented maintenance strategies that strengthen asset reliability, optimize performance, and embed maintenance excellence into organizational DNA. His areas of expertise cover predictive and proactive maintenance methodologies, digital tools and automation, as well as CAPEX management — always underpinned by a strong focus on high Health & Safety standards.
A strong advocate of digital transformation in manufacturing, Jakub currently leads the Manufacturing division of Operify, a consulting firm that partners with companies to drive process optimization, engineering and maintenance excellence, industrial investment management, and strategic digital transformation programs.
Jakub holds a master’s degree in industrial Control Systems from the Warsaw University of Technology.
