Radosław Bondarczuk is a leader in organisational transformation with over 15 years of international experience managing strategic changes in the industrial (FMCG) and healthcare (Pharma, Hospital) sectors across diverse markets in Europe (including Poland, Germany, Hungary, Italy), Asia (Kazakhstan, China), and Africa (South Africa).
A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology with a Master's degree in Chemical and Process Engineering, his professional mission is to deliver lasting value by combining deep engineering knowledge, an understanding of the human context, and practical implementation experience.
As the Managing Director of the Lean Medic Foundation and Vice President at Operify, Radosław focuses on co-creating solutions that tangibly improve the quality, efficiency, and financial results for both private companies and public sector institutions. He is a practitioner specializing in business model development, operational excellence, process optimization, and the implementation of continuous improvement models, leveraging his in-depth experience as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
