Rolando is a Mechanical Engineer with post-graduate qualifications in Maintenance Engineering and Industrial Productivity, Oil & Gas Management and Maintenance Management for Cleaner Production.

He has over 25 years of experience in maintenance and asset management in oil & gas industry.

For the last 25 years, Rolando has been directly involved in Turnaround Management, Maintenance Planning, Major Maintenance Projects (turbomachinery overhauls, tank repairs, boiler replacement and others), CMMS implementation and has leaded RAM projects.

Keynote Speaker and Lecturer in many International Maintenance Congress:  Fukuoka (Japan), Teheran (Iran), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Viña del Mar (Chile), Lugano (Switzerland).
