Serge Boyadjian

Serge Boyadjian is a seasoned leader in Facility Management and Operations & Maintenance (O&M), with more than 20 years of experience driving operational excellence and organizational growth across diverse industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Seder Group, he oversees all projects and commercial functions, including tendering, business development, marketing, and compliance.

Serge’s career has been marked by building and transforming O&M and FM organizations, leading divisions of more than 10,000 employees, and successfully delivering mega-projects for world-class clients in the Public, Semi-Government, and Private sectors. His leadership extends across technical, financial, and strategic domains—bridging client expectations with operational realities to deliver sustainable and high-quality outcomes.

Key achievements include generating 2 billion SAR in order bookings in under a year, establishing new O&M divisions, leading corporate transformations, and securing long-term client partnerships. His expertise spans total facilities management, infrastructure maintenance, city cleaning services, MEP, power systems, and telecommunications.

A certified PMP and holder of an MBA, Serge is fluent in English, Arabic, and Armenian, with working knowledge of French. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and resource optimization, making him a valuable contributor to the advancement of the International Maintenance Association’s mission.
