Tomáš Hladík is an internationally recognized consultant, educator, and industry expert in maintenance management, asset management, industrial digitalization, and operational optimization. He currently serves as Principal Consultant at Logio and is an active contributor to the European maintenance and reliability community through his long-standing involvement with the European Federation of National Maintenance Societies (EFNMS).


With extensive experience across industrial consulting, maintenance strategy, supply chain optimization, and digital transformation, Tomáš Hladík has led and supported projects for major international organizations in sectors including power generation, petrochemicals, automotive, railways, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and advanced manufacturing. His work has involved collaboration with globally recognized companies such as SKF, Volkswagen, BMW, Škoda Auto, Valeo, PKN Orlen, Teva, and other leading industrial enterprises.


His areas of expertise include maintenance and spare parts management, asset management systems, industrial digitalization, lean manufacturing, predictive maintenance, production planning, logistics optimization, and dynamic simulation modeling. Through his consulting and technical advisory work, he has contributed to improving operational efficiency, maintenance performance, reliability practices, and long-term industrial sustainability across complex operational environments.


Tomáš Hladík has also played a significant role in advancing maintenance education and professional competency development across Europe. He has been actively involved with EFNMS since 2005, particularly within the Education and Training Committee, where he previously served as Chairman of the European Training Committee. His contributions have supported the development of maintenance competency frameworks, professional certification initiatives, and knowledge-sharing programs aimed at strengthening the future workforce of the maintenance industry.


In addition to his consulting and organizational leadership, Tomáš Hladík is widely recognized as an international speaker and contributor to global maintenance conferences and professional forums. His presentations and industry engagements focus on Maintenance 4.0, smart asset management, industrial optimization, workforce capability development, and the integration of digital technologies into modern maintenance systems.


As a member of the Advisory Board of the International Maintenance Association (IMA), Tomáš Hladík contributes strategic insight and international expertise to support the advancement of global best practices in maintenance, reliability engineering, operational excellence, and industrial innovation. His combination of technical knowledge, consulting leadership, and educational engagement strengthens IMA’s mission to build a globally connected ecosystem for maintenance and asset management excellence.
