FAHAD SARFRAZ

Fahad brings over 15 years of diverse professional experience in Asset and Facilities Management, Operations Strategy, and International Collaboration.

In his role as Head of Operations at IMA, Fahad oversees the association’s global operations, membership development, sponsorship programs, CRM and lead management, event planning (including the World Maintenance Forum), and international partnerships. He also manages IMA’s digital presence, driving engagement through strategic communications, social media, and community platforms.

Fahad is recognized for his strategic mindset, cross-functional leadership, and commitment to operational excellence, with a proven ability to integrate technology, people, and processes to deliver impactful outcomes.

His dual expertise in technical asset management and strategic association management enables him to contribute effectively to IMA’s mission of advancing maintenance and asset management worldwide.
